Born in Bethesda, MD, with a dual French-American background (fluent French speaker). Grew up playing soccer and running cross-country. Went to Walt Whitman high school, St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a bachelor’s in Psychology, and Marymount university for my Doctorate. I chose Physical Therapy as I was a collegiate athlete and was sidelined with injuries, and saw a major help that physical therapists gave me to reach my full health and potential.
