MONICA MEDINA, BILLING MANAGER

Monica Medina joined PTSMC in 2018 as a front desk coordinator. With 3 years of experience in the medical field, Monica displays great customer service skills, diligence, dedication, and professionalism characteristic of our team members. Monica was recently promoted to our billing division where she enjoys helping others while learning as much as she can. “Mama Bear” is what she is playfully known as around the office – always making sure that the plants are watered and everyone fed.
