About Patience Nduka

Patience Nduka, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a certified orthopedic manual physical therapist at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center. She is dedicated to serving patients at the Bowie and Silver Spring, Maryland, offices.  

She began her physical therapy career in Nigeria. She graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical therapy. After graduation, Dr. Nduka practiced physical therapy for a few years in Nigeria, where she gained extensive experience in various settings through clinical rotation. 

Dr. Nduka traveled to the United States of America to advance her career. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy at Dominican College in Orangeburg, New York, and her certification in orthopedic manual physical therapy at Ola Grimsby Institute.

She takes a unique approach to care that combines soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and scientific therapeutic exercise progression to identify and solve patients’ problems from the root. Driven by passion and compassion for over 10 years, Dr. Nduka feels privileged to help people who suffer from injury and disability return to optimal function. 

Outside of treating patients, Dr. Nduka loves music, dance, fitness, workouts, and church activities.
